Our apologies, Joseph. We just realized we had some emails going to our spam folder and found them. We would be happy to exchange that sweatshirt for you, and we will be keeping an eye on the spam folder!
The best hoodie I’ve ever bought I’m so happy but it did take twice as long to ship as it said it would
This sweatshirt was a birthday present for my 14 year old granddaughter. The size was wrong and your team made it so easy to exchange it for a different size. It made her very happy. I would happily do business with you again. And the sweatshirt is beautiful!
I love the quality of the hoodie, it fits exactly as I want and it is super soft on the inside. I did size up for a looser fit, and am very happy with it.
this hoodie is so soft and warm, i wasn't expecting this quality for only $60 but it's super cozy. i don't usually like wearing hoods up because they're all so thin and flimsy but this one is really good
